PinBaoXiang Pork Knuckle at Takashimaya Singapore

I went to Takashimaya food court looking for something different and came across this mouthwatering food stall:

Pork knuckle and Baby back ribs

SLLUURRPPPP.. MUST.GET.ONE.

First there's dilemma.. should we get the crispy pork knuckle or the juicilicious baby back ribs?
After quite a long pondering, we decided on the pork knuckle

Here below is the menu:

Sorry for the unclear menu, but you can see the pics :D .. to make things easier for you, they sell mostly pork or 90% pork. NON HALAL. There's rice with pork ribs, baby back ribs, pork knuckle and salmon. Then there's porridge with meatballs, chicken and salmon.

So what they did is they will heat up the pork knuckle in an oven and then chop 'em up and serve with rice and veggie.. but really, I can't see the veggie with the pork covering 3/4 of the plate.

Pork Knuckle with Rice

This cost me SGD $19.80. Taste wise I think it's better than the one at Paulaner Brauhaus Jakarta or the ones in Marche. Very crispy skin but I can't finish this alone.. This is more like a dish for 3 person for me.
